The reheating furnace will heat the steel billets on both top and bottom sides. It is divided into three sections along the furnace length: i.e. pre-heating, heating and soaking section, and adopts 2-section type heat supply mode.
The reheating furnace adopts flat straight furnace roof structure in heating and soaking section while curve down structure adopts in the pre-heating section .

The push head device is a welded structure, which is a main working part of pusher. The push head device consists of body of push head, fork head, pin axle and push plate. There are 2 push plates for hinged connection in front of body of push head, the stop block is placed on the push plate. The push plate shall be against the push plate by the stop block when pushing the billets. The push plate can freely swing when returning.
The guiding rod device is the main part of charging pusher, this part is a welding structure. The guide plate will be installed on the top surface of guiding rod body along the length direction, this guide plate, press rolls and carrier rolls play a role of horizontal guiding location when operation. The rack will be installed on the bottom surface of guiding rod body along the length direction, which is meshed with the gears in the press rolls and carrier rolls to ensure the synchronized movement of two guiding rods. One roller wheel will be set for each guide rod to move on the slide rail of roller table.
