Introduction of the main structure of the gasifier :
(1) Stocker The coal is added with the type of double-bell manually. Not only is the gas leak efficiently prevented, but the coal is also added equably with this kind of structure. When the coal is added, the coal is hoisted to the top of the stoker by the cape-shaped windlass with single bucket, the down-bell of the stoker keeps closed, the up-bell is unclosed manually, the coal falls into the middle coal storage box, then the up-bell closes, the down-bell opens, and the coal is added to the producer by its deadweight. (2) The main body of the gasifier The main body of the gasifier consists of a cover, water jacket, bottom device, inlet box, etc. The cover is protected. because the interior is made up of refractory and thermal insulating materials cast. The sheet material 20g is chosen for the internal ring of water jacket and for the external Q235-A. Water jacket and steam collector are connected and the upper and the lower parts form a natural soft feed water circulating system, in which soft water firstly comes into the steam collector, and goes down into the water jacket, then produces steam compound after heated and goes up into the steam collector through the up pipe, through the vapor separating device, steam is separated, which can be used as gasification liquid in a gas stove. Only when soft water is stopped and the water in the water jacket is just temporary enough to support the gasifier, can main water be used. The bottom device consists of ratchet and dust plate. The ratchet and grate are fixed on the dust plate. The grate has been studied for years and designed by our factory, which make wind at the bottom of the gasifier even. The two sides of the grate are of the use of getting rid of dust and effectively prevent some phenomena as declination during the running of the gasifier, and reduce resistance for the wind to keep things out of the gasifier, which benefits the purification of the gas. Under the plate there is an axle. When the plate turns, the grate runs at the same time and dust drops into the plate, then small dust knife smash the dregs and the big knife put them out of the plate. The water-sealed packing in the middle of the wind feeding box and the lower part of the plate form a water seal. (3)Ash-removing device Two knives are used to remove dust from the two sides, which makes the dusting evenly and effectively prevent the gasifier from declination running. The knives have two way screw surface tire flushing, which can effectively reduce the resistance to the dusting. The dust cleaner is driven with hydraulic system, and it has a structure of ratchet and pawl. While dusting, the hydraulic station makes the liquid tank move back and forth and make the pawl drive the ratchet to step forward and dust. The dusting speed of the dust cleaner is adjusted through adjusting the one way restrictive valve in the liquid station to realize continuous change. Compared with the structure of worm and worm-wheel, all the driving force of the structure acts on the ratchet tangent without force waste and without radial motion, which can prolong the life of the Ash-removing equipments.
